My wife and I purchased an established ecommerce business Jan.09 and have almost doubled the revenue thru improvements. We are now starting the design process for another ecommerce biz http://www.mens-wedding-rings.com. MWR is set up with http://www.3dcart.com a hosted solution and we have purchased custom design packages for home page, catagory pages, product pages, drop downs and flash.
My background is entreprenuerial with successes i.e. Hawaiian Tropic and others in the brick and mortor world.
I am concerned that the designers will not provide the direction needed to build the store front and other important items and thought it best to contact you to find out more about your services and costs.
Where do we go from here? We are starting the design process this week.
